Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and unsalted butter until smooth and creamy.

  3. Gradually add in powdered sugar, mixing until thick and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  8. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  9. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or chill for faster setting.
