Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Shuck the corn, remove husks and silk, rinse under cold water.
  2. Boil the corn in a large pot of water for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  3. Brush each ear with vegetable oil using a silicone basting brush.
  4. Preheat the grill to high heat (400-450°F) for about 10 minutes.
  5. Grill the corn for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally for even charring.
  6. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Brush the creamy sauce onto warm grilled corn, sprinkle cotija cheese, cilantro, and Tajín.
