  • ½ cup Ketchup/Barbecue Sauce can substitute with mustard or zesty glaze

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onion, and garlic powder until well blended.
  3. Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the meat mixture.
  4. Add a dollop of ketchup or your favorite barbecue sauce on top of each muffin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes, then gently lift them out of the tin and serve warm or store for later.
