  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Caramel Sauce homemade recommended
For the Coating and Crunch
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¾ cup Crushed Pretzels small salted pretzels preferred
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup White or Milk Chocolate for dipping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until combined and free of lumps.
  3. Incorporate caramel sauce, graham cracker crumbs, crushed pretzels, and melted butter. Mix until cohesive.
  4. Cover and chill the mixture for 45 minutes.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Roll the balls in crushed pretzels to coat.
  7. Melt chocolate and dip each ball, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Chill again for 20-30 minutes before serving.
