  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken preferably rotisserie
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • ½ cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing blue cheese for stronger flavor
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
For Serving
  • 2 cups Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups Celery Sticks
  • 2 cups Pita Bread

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture into a 9x9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or pita bread for dipping.
