Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Cube the chicken breasts and layer them at the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add softened cream cheese to the seasoned chicken and blend until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  6. Stir in the diced jalapenos and distribute evenly.
  7. Top the casserole with shredded mature cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  9. In the last 5 minutes, add the chopped cooked bacon on top.
  10. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
