  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Can be omitted if desired.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh is highly recommended.
For Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions Optional for garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to your taste.
For Optional Toppings
  • ½ cup Sliced Jalapeños For added heat if desired.
  • ½ cup Additional Cheeses Parmesan recommended for a savory crust.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Drain and rinse canned corn, or thaw frozen corn. Place in a bowl.
  3. Add mozzarella, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper to the corn. Mix until combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, spreading evenly. Optionally add more cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions or jalapeño slices if desired.
