Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the green beans thoroughly under cold water. Trim off the ends, and cut them in half if preferred. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled green beans with drained white beans, red onion, feta, and basil. Toss gently.
  3. In a small jar, combine garlic, salt, pepper, honey, mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved red onion, feta, and basil leaves. Serve with lemon wedges.
