  3. Add Frank's RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, mixing well.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken, ensuring every piece is evenly coated.
  5. Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix in, then transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until edges are bubbly.
  7. Broil for an additional 5 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
