Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf, or form it into an oval shape on the lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, light brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing.

Notes
Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender. Customize the glaze if needed.
