- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 4 hours.
- Pat the pork dry after marinating and set the reserved marinade aside.
- Sear the pork in hot olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Coat the seared pork with the reserved marinade.
- Roast the pork in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the pork and serve with pan juices and garnish.
