  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Can be replaced with rosemary or omitted.
  • to taste Black Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning.
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Can substitute with vegetable oil.
For Garnish
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme Sprigs Optional but recommended for garnish.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Marinate the pork tenderloin in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 4 hours.
  4. Pat the pork dry after marinating and set the reserved marinade aside.
  5. Sear the pork in hot olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Coat the seared pork with the reserved marinade.
  7. Roast the pork in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice the pork and serve with pan juices and garnish.
