Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, warm olive oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add diced vegetables and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Brown the beef sausages in the skillet for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the tomato passata, beef stock, and herbs, and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, cover, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
