Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken chunks with sliced zucchini. Drizzle in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the chicken and zucchini mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
