Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces, flattening each piece to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece, fold and pinch to seal, then tie into knots.
  4. Transfer the knots to the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt to create the garlic butter.
  6. Brush the knots generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, brush with more garlic butter, and serve warm, ideally with marinara sauce.
