- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg whites on medium speed until foamy, then add cream of tartar and gradually add sugar while increasing speed to high. Beat until glossy, stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the vanilla and almond extracts until combined. Be careful not to deflate the meringue.
- Transfer meringue to a piping bag and pipe snowman bodies and heads on the parchment.
- Bake for around 2 hours until dry and easily removable from parchment. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- Assemble your snowmen by stacking heads on bodies, using melted chocolate or icing to adhere them together.
- Decorate with mini chocolate chips for eyes, an orange candy for a nose, and sprinkles for a festive touch.
