Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the egg whites on medium speed until foamy, then add cream of tartar and gradually add sugar while increasing speed to high. Beat until glossy, stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the vanilla and almond extracts until combined. Be careful not to deflate the meringue.
  4. Transfer meringue to a piping bag and pipe snowman bodies and heads on the parchment.
  5. Bake for around 2 hours until dry and easily removable from parchment. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  6. Assemble your snowmen by stacking heads on bodies, using melted chocolate or icing to adhere them together.
  7. Decorate with mini chocolate chips for eyes, an orange candy for a nose, and sprinkles for a festive touch.
