Step-by-Step Instructions for Mermaid Ice Cream

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture using a rubber spatula.
  4. Divide the fluffy ice cream base into three separate bowls. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each bowl, choosing pink, purple, and teal.
