- In a large bowl, combine fresh lemon slices, sugar, chopped fresh mint, and rosemary sprigs. Use a wooden spoon to gently massage the lemon slices until their juices are released.

- Set a fine-mesh strainer over another bowl or pitcher. Press the mint, rosemary, and lemon mixture through the strainer to extract the juice.
