Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh lemon slices, sugar, chopped fresh mint, and rosemary sprigs. Use a wooden spoon to gently massage the lemon slices until their juices are released.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  3. Set a fine-mesh strainer over another bowl or pitcher. Press the mint, rosemary, and lemon mixture through the strainer to extract the juice.
  4. Transfer the extracted juice concentrate into a large pitcher. Gradually stir in 8 cups of cold, filtered water.
