Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, salt, eggs, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the buttermilk to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
