- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan by greasing it with butter and dusting with flour.
- Whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 2 teaspoons of ground ginger in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk 3 eggs lightly, then add 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of orange zest, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Combine thoroughly.
