- In a medium bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a spice mix for potatoes and beef.
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Dry them, toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F. Cook seasoned potatoes for about 20-40 minutes until crispy.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add beef mince and remaining spice mix. Cook for 7-10 minutes until browned.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for sauce.
- Assemble bowls with crispy potatoes, shredded lettuce, beef, cheese, pickle slices, and homemade sauce.
