For the Sliders
  • 12 buns Slider Buns gluten-free options available
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken rotisserie chicken recommended
  • 1 cup Frank's Hot Buffalo Sauce adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing blue cheese dressing as alternative
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh garlic optional
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika can be used
For the Cheese and Butter
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella recommended
  • ½ cup Butter olive oil can be substituted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning individual herbs can be used

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x9 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well until fully coated.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish and spread the spicy chicken mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken layer, then cap with the top halves of the slider buns.
  5. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the slider buns.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
