  3. Add egg, ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract to the mixture, and combine on low.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Chill dough for 1-2 hours covered with plastic wrap.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 13-14 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
  9. While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar and orange juice for glaze.
