Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, dill relish, and chili powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined and form into four patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the patties for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the burgers on aluminum foil: bun, cheese, patty, onions, secret sauce, cheese, top bun. Wrap securely.
  6. Bake the wrapped burgers on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove the burgers from the oven, unwrap carefully, and serve warm.
