Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and adjust the oven rack to the upper middle position.
  2. Trim the chicken tenders to remove any excess fat and tendons.
  3. Mix together granulated garlic, herbs de Provence, kosher salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray a light coat of olive oil on it.
  5. Thread chicken tenders onto bamboo skewers if desired.
  6. Place seasoned chicken tenders in a single layer on the baking sheet and generously spray with olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle half of the seasoning mix over them, flipping to ensure even coverage.
  8. Bake the chicken tenders for 12 minutes, then switch to broil for an additional 3 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
