Preparation Steps
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs, melt butter, and combine with brown sugar. Press into bottom of square pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crust and chill for 15 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a saucepan and boil until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in orange Jello. Cool the mixture.
- Chop fresh peaches and gently fold into cooled cornstarch mixture.
- Spoon peach mixture over cheesecake layer and chill for 1-2 hours.
- Slice and serve the chilled Peach Delight.
