Cooking Instructions
  1. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.
  2. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes without stirring.
  4. Stir the mushrooms gently and add minced garlic; cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle paprika, and add dried herbs; stir to coat.
  6. Reduce heat and add remaining butter and a splash of broth to deglaze the skillet.
  7. Let the mushrooms simmer for about 5-7 minutes until tender and sauce thickens.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
