Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar; beat until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread one-third of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers twice, finishing with the mascarpone on top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and top with crushed pistachios.
