Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Rainbow Fruit Skewers
  1. Start by cutting the brie cheese into wedges, aiming for about 1-inch pieces so they’re easy to grab. Arrange the brie in the center of a serving platter.
  2. Take fresh strawberries, removing the green tops, and slice them in half if they’re large. Place a few strawberry halves on top of the brie for decoration.
  3. Grab wooden skewers and begin threading the fruits: start with a mandarin slice, followed by a cube of pineapple, and then add a raspberry.
  4. Add green grapes next, followed by a purple grape and a few blueberries. Finish with a strawberry.
  5. Once your Rainbow Fruit Skewers are assembled, place them upright into the brie in the center of the platter.
  6. Serve and enjoy your Rainbow Fruit Skewers!
