Step-by-Step Instructions for Ranch Burgers
- Start by placing your ground lean beef in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in the Hidden Valley® Dry Dips seasoning evenly across the meat. Use your hands to mix gently, ensuring the seasoning is thoroughly distributed without overworking the beef.
- Divide the seasoned beef into four equal portions, then shape each portion into a loose patty about ¾-inch thick. Create a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent shrinking.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Place the patties on the grill for 6–8 minutes on one side, then flip them carefully. Cook for an additional 6–8 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Once the patties are nearly done, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger. Cover the grill or skillet with a lid for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Toast your buttered sesame rolls on the grill until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes. Place a patty on each toasted roll, drizzle with Hidden Valley® Dressing, and layer on lettuce, tomato, and onions.
- Finally, add a handful of crunchy potato chips on top before sealing with the other half of the roll to create a satisfying crunch.
- Serve these Ranch Burgers immediately while warm. They are perfect alongside fries or a refreshing salad.
