Making the Pie
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this blend into a 9-10” pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
- While the crust cools, warm the hot fudge in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20-30 seconds. Drizzle it over the cooled crust and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
- In a bowl, combine the Reese's ice cream and Cool Whip, beating until smooth. Fold in peanut butter to create swirls.
- Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Cover and return to the freezer for at least 4 hours, or up to 24 hours.
- Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes for easier slicing. Top with halved mini Reese's cups and drizzles of hot fudge.
