Equipment

  • 9-10 inch pie dish
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer
  • Spatula
  • microwave-safe bowl

Method

Making the Pie
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this blend into a 9-10” pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. While the crust cools, warm the hot fudge in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20-30 seconds. Drizzle it over the cooled crust and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
  5. In a bowl, combine the Reese's ice cream and Cool Whip, beating until smooth. Fold in peanut butter to create swirls.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Cover and return to the freezer for at least 4 hours, or up to 24 hours.
  7. Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes for easier slicing. Top with halved mini Reese's cups and drizzles of hot fudge.
