Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Cold Coffee: In a large jar, combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Stir well and cover tightly. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  2. Muddle the Berries & Herbs: In a separate bowl, muddle 1 cup of fresh blackberries with a handful of sage leaves and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  3. Strain the Cold Brew: After steeping for 12 hours, strain the cold brew concentrate into a clean pitcher, discarding the grounds.
  4. Assemble the Drinks: Fill glasses with the muddled berry mixture and ice cubes. Pour the strained cold brew over them.
  5. Froth the Oat Milk: Gently heat ½ cup of barista oat milk, whisk in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and froth until creamy.
