Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Sago
  1. Blend the diced strawberries with coconut milk and sugar until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook tapioca pearls in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until translucent. Let them steam for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse the cooked tapioca pearls under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Mix the chilled strawberry puree with the drained tapioca pearls and fold in remaining diced strawberries and optional add-ins.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
