  5. Gradually add beef broth, increase heat slightly to bring to a simmer, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes under the broiler.
