Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Zesty Herb Air-Fried Tuna Steak
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade. Add the fresh tuna steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. While the tuna marinates, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once preheated, carefully place the marinated tuna steak in the basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 130°F to 135°F.
  4. After cooking, remove the tuna steak from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving warm.
