- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet and place salmon fillets on the empty side. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake salmon and Brussels sprouts together for 10-12 minutes.
- While baking, combine BBQ sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, ginger, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Take the baking sheet out and glaze the Brussels sprouts with the sauce, reserving some for the salmon. Return to the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
