- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain grease.
- In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them. Stir in milk, cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour the egg mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
- Crumble the cooked bacon over the top of the egg mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until the edges are puffy and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
