Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by opening the cans of salmon and draining the liquid thoroughly. Flake the salmon with a fork in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, diced bell pepper, eggs, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
