- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub in evenly. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Place seasoned chicken on a lined baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While chicken bakes, mash avocado with lime juice in a bowl. In another bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream.
- Once done, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Warm the flour tortillas to make them pliable.
- Spread ranch mixture on each tortilla. Layer with shredded chicken, avocado, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Fold sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly. Optionally, crisp the seams in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzling extra ranch on the side.
