  • 8 oz Spaghetti (uncooked) consider gluten-free
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese for topping

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather the ingredients while the oven heats.
  2. Beat the eggs until pale, then dredge the chicken in the egg mixture, coat in Panko breadcrumbs and fry in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Mix the uncooked spaghetti with half the marinara sauce and half the mozzarella in a large bowl until coated.
  4. Grease a casserole dish, spread the spaghetti mixture on the bottom, and layer the crispy chicken on top.
  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
