- In a medium bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth.
- Ensure your salmon fillets are thawed and patted dry. Spread the prepared miso butter evenly across each salmon fillet.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon in a greased baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for caramelization.
- For air fryer, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 9-10 minutes without flipping.
- Transfer the cooked salmon to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining miso butter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and veggies.
