Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth.
  2. Ensure your salmon fillets are thawed and patted dry. Spread the prepared miso butter evenly across each salmon fillet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon in a greased baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for caramelization.
  4. For air fryer, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 9-10 minutes without flipping.
  5. Transfer the cooked salmon to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining miso butter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and veggies.
