Cooking Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed beef sirloin and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of peas, and 1 cup of diced carrots.
- Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of soy sauce over the mixture, stir-frying for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, serve hot, and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
