Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, prepared horseradish, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half on the baking sheet. Spread half of the horseradish mixture over the bottom rolls.
- Layer the roast beef evenly on top of the horseradish-covered rolls. Then layer provolone cheese on top of the beef.
- Spread remaining horseradish mixture on the top half of the rolls and place it on top of the cheese.
- Melt unsalted butter and mix with minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and wholegrain mustard. Brush this mixture over the assembled sliders.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and cut into individual sliders before serving warm.
