Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cabbage thoroughly and trim the outer leaves. Slice the cabbage into 4 flat discs, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each cabbage steak for a good coating.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper evenly on both sides of the cabbage steaks.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the cabbage steaks for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, allow the cabbage steaks to cool slightly before serving warm.
