- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the cabbage thoroughly and trim the outer leaves. Slice the cabbage into 4 flat discs, about ¾ inch thick.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each cabbage steak for a good coating.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper evenly on both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the cabbage steaks for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
