  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup works as a substitute
  • 0.25 cup Green Onions Chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature of 350–400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine paprika, chili powder, lime juice, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, honey, and chopped green onions. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Allow to marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, alternating with chunks of fresh pineapple and pieces of red onion.
  5. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the assembled skewers and sprinkle with lime zest.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 3–4 minutes on each side until shrimp turns pink and the pineapple caramelizes.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges and additional green onions if desired.
