  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 4 cups Potatoes chunked; red or Yukon gold
  • 2 cups Sweet corn fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 medium Onion diced
For the Broth
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the beef steak generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear on both sides for 3–4 minutes until browned. Transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Chunk the potatoes and dice the onion. Add the sweet corn and arrange the chopped veggies in the slow cooker around the steak.
  3. Pour beef broth over the steak and vegetables, ensuring everything is partially submerged. Add Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to low heat for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, check the steak for doneness; it should shred easily with a fork. Adjust cooking time if needed.
  6. Remove the steak and veggies, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm with broth spooned over the top.
