  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin Adds warmth and complexity.

To Serve
  • 1 each lime, for serving Squeeze over the top for a refreshing burst.
  • fresh cilantro, for garnish Optional but highly recommended!
  • warm tortillas, for serving Both flour and corn tortillas work beautifully.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

  4. Spread the mixture onto the sheet pan in a single layer.
