Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
- Add shrimp, chorizo, and bell peppers to the marinade. Cover and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated shrimp, chorizo, and bell peppers onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque.
- Remove kebabs from grill, rest for a minute, then serve immediately.
