Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Smoothie Pops and ensure your workspace is clean.
  2. Blend the spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if needed, then blend again if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each to about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks gently into the molds or cover with foil and poke sticks through the foil if necessary.
  6. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until solid.
  7. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-20 seconds to release the pops.
