- Gather all your ingredients for the Smoothie Pops and ensure your workspace is clean.
- Blend the spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if needed, then blend again if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each to about three-quarters full.
- Insert sticks gently into the molds or cover with foil and poke sticks through the foil if necessary.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-20 seconds to release the pops.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing smoothie pops!
