- In a blender, combine the prepared plums, three tablespoons of cacao powder, soaked dates, and one to one-and-a-half cups of non-dairy milk. Add a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom.
- Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Check the consistency; if too thick, add about a quarter cup of non-dairy milk and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
