Cooking Steps

  2. Sauté the Sausage: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add the sliced sausage, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: Add BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, and chili powder to the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Combine All Ingredients: Return the sausage and rotini to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy.
